Mae Lee's Deli was established on April 4, 1989 and currently is the Oldest independently owned restaurant in Downtown Sebring, Florida. Founded by Mae Lee Tang Gilroy and husband Phil Gilroy over 35 years ago, with award winning subs, sandwiches, burgers, wings and more!   

 

Mae Lee Tang-Gilroy and her husband, Phil Gilroy, sold Mae Lee’s Deli & Catering in Sebring after 35 years of feeding generations of the Highlands County community to Rachelle “Chelle” Stergiou.

 

Chelle is the new proprietor of the diner with the intention of keeping what works for the establishment, and continuing Mae Lee’s legacy. She previously worked at Dimitri’s Restaurant, Pizza Kitchen and It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar in Sebring and has 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry under her belt.
